 Class videos

Not every day is a great day, so for days when you can’t come to class, we have a lovely class you can do at home below.

OR! If you’d like to sample the kind of thing we do in class try this sample class video.

Before you get started there are some safety things to keep in mind. Please ensure you have:

  1. Prior to beginning this class you obtain your doctor’s advice as to the suitability of this program for you

  2. A sturdy chair with strong back support, preferably without arms - do NOT sit in a swivel chair or chair with wheels

  3. A good amount of room in front, either side and behind you - roll up any rugs or similar that may cause you to slip or trip when doing standing movements

  4. Assistance nearby if you need it for standing, balance or any other mobility issues

  5. A water bottle within reach as we have a 45 second break between some of the exercises for you to be able to have a drink and a rest

We have two videos of the same class for you, so select the one you prefer:

  • Dance for all - Full: Video that takes you through how to do each exercise before then doing the exercise

  • Dance for all - dancing only: Video that is just dancing the exercises with music
